Mr Foo Siew King, Executive Committee, Education

Mr Foo Siew King can be considered a veteran of the derivatives industry in Singapore. He is a member of Simex from the very beginning since 1984 and has been trading the derivatives markets from day one. Since then he had traded most of the products listed in Simex and had been through various trading strategies from scalping to options trading. He has received 3 SGX Top Traders' award.

Currently he is an investor in the stocks, forex, bonds and futures markets.

Mr Foo is also active in the futures trading community and has served as Local Head for one term.

Mr Ian Loh Siu Hian, Executive Committee, Education

Mr Loh is a director of Ian Investments Pte Ltd. He has been an individual member (Locals) since the inception of SIMEX in 1984. He was the Locals' Representative in 1984 and 1985 and was a member of the SIMEX Board for the same period.

He also served in the following committees:
1. Business Conduct Committee 1984- 1985
2. Nikkei Contract Committee 1992-2003

Mr Loh started trading in gold and currency futures when SIMEX was formed in 1984. He also traded in Euro Dollar Interest Rate Futures in later years. Since SIMEX introduced the Nikkei Contracts in 1987, he has been specializing in trading Nikkei Futures and Nikkei Options.

Mr Tan Cheong Han, Executive Committee, Education

Mr Tan is the director of ATI (Simex Trader) Pte Ltd. He started the firm in 1999.

His involvement with the futures market began in 1995. He first worked with Fimat Futures from 1995 to 1996 and subsequently joined Keppel Futures from 1996-1998.

He start trading as SIMEX local after that and founded ATI(SIMEX TRADER) in 1999.
