Mr Patrick Lee Kwong Fatt, Executive Committee, Social Programme

Mr Lee Kwong Fatt has been in the Financial Industry since 1980 when he joined a British Merchant Bank as their Investment Officer.

He Joined SIMEX as a futures trader in 1985 and founded Fatt (Simex Trader) Pte Ltd the following year. He mainly scalps and does hedging in the Equity Futures market.

Mr Ben Chio Kian Beng, Executive Committee, Social Programme

Mr Ben Chio started trading in the financial futures markets in 1990 and joined Simex as a local in 1999. With a strong passion and interest in trading, he founded Platinum International Pte Ltd the following year.

As a Director of Platinum International, he trades mainly in Equity futures, Options and Currencies. In his spare time, he enjoys jogging, cycling and catching up with friends over a cup of coffee.

Mr Lynn Tuan Ming, Executive Committee, Social Programme

Mr Lynn has been in the financial industry since 1986 when he joined Chicago Research and Trading (CRT) in the head office in Chicago. He continued to trade in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) for a total of 3 years before returning to Singapore as Vice President of CRT Asia bringing options trading here for the first time.

He became a local in SIMEX in 1992 and founded MNG (Simex Trader) Pte Ltd. He has been trading Eurodollar spreads ever since.

Mr Lynn has also been active in the Futures Traders' community and has served as Chairman of the Locals Committee for 3 terms (6 years).

Mr Stephen Tan, Executive Committee, Social Programme

Mr Stephen started his career in the Marine Industry doing Sales and Marketing for local and overseas market. He spent 9 years in the industry before joining SIMEX in year 2000 as a trading individual also known as "local". Currently, Stephen is the Director of Just Numbers Asia Pte Ltd and is actively trading in SGX products especially TW Index.

Mr David Seow, Executive Committee, Social Programme

Mr David Seow joined SIMEX, Singapore International Monetary Exchange as a Local in 1988. He started trading in Oil product and move on to trade in various derivatives products, such as Short and Long Term Interest Rate Instruments, Stock Indexes, Forex, Commodities. A full time Financial Trader, Private Investor in Derivatives and Equities Market over 20 years, from Open Out Cry floor trading to Electronic trading.
